Investment

Build your capital

Want to see a great return on your capital? To date we have achieved a 133% return for our clients. Our success is down to selecting the right projects, whether that’s putting equity into property developments or loaning to mezzanine projects. Whichever route you choose, our trusted partners will work hard to build your capital and earn you the best possible return on your investment. Capital is at risk and projects are unregulated.

An expert line up

We’re committed professionals just like you. Some of us have even enjoyed a career on the pitch, so we’re primed to understand your ambitions and goals. We’re also trustworthy partners in the investment arena. Why? Because we personally invest in the schemes we find for our clients ourselves. If it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.

Every investment counts.

You’ve worked hard for your money. Now it’s time to make it work for you. Money sitting on the bench isn’t going to grow itself. We seek out the best investments that’ll push your capital further and forward your financial assets. We’ve got our ear to the ground on local and national developments and we’re quick off the mark to take action when the best opportunities arise.

Haydart 1

Reaching higher

Haydart 1 is our first structure that allows the power of grouping together likeminded investors to buy high yielding assets. By working together, we can afford to buy higher quality projects than by working alone. Combined with leverage, we are targeting strong returns in traditionally lower risk areas than development. This means you will be able to invest in property developments owned and run directly by Haydart, not third-party developers.

A typical example here would be a portfolio of industrial units on a long lease to a well-regarded brand.

Haydart will manage each investment, giving clients peace of mind. We do not ask for capital upfront, but a commitment to an amount for when a suitable project is sourced. This way, we can target assets we know our clients are seeking and act quickly when we have conducted our due diligence and are willing to purchase.

For further information, please talk to us direct or email us at info@haydart.co.uk.

For clients, further info is available by logging into the client area.

Haydart 1 is only suitable for sophisticated investors who are aware of all of the risks. We do not provide investment advice.

Development & Direct

Haydart will shortly be moving into direct development and asset backed holdings. This will allow our clients direct alliance with us as a business. Further details will be published in the members area as and when projects are available.

You could lose all of your money invested in our products. These are high-risk investments and are much riskier than a savings account.

Property Bonds and Loan Notes are unregulated, non-readily realisable, non-transferable securities. Investors should be aware that past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance or returns and you may not get back all your original investment.

Prospective Investors are strongly advised to seek independent financial advice from an authorised person who specialises in advising on non-readily realisable securities. Tax treatment is dependent on Investor circumstances and these are subject to change. Investors are advised to seek appropriate tax advice to clarify their position.

Haydart only works with self-certified ‘High Net Worth Individuals’ and ‘Sophisticated Investors’.

Introductions made to developers are at the investors own risk and thorough research should be undertaken by the investor and/or their advisors before making a decision to proceed. We do not recommend products, but provide introduction services.

Haydart does not hold client money.
